Step 1:
Contact our head coach about setting up a swim evaluation by using this request form. If your swimmer is tranferring from another program please indicate this on the form as an evaluation may not be neccesary. The evaluation helps to properly place them in skill groups. Please note, completion of a swim evaluation does not guarantee your swimmer is ready for Riptides. Our coaches will give recommendations for other program options if the swimmer is not quite ready.
Step 2:
Once your swimmer has their group assignment, we'll need to complete registration. Use the button on the homepage to access our online registration portal. Please complete all areas of the registration process and review team and facility waivers before submitting. There will be additional forms to complete at Aquaventure depending on your swimmers status (new swimmer, transfer).

As you're filling out the registration paperwork you'll need to decide your commitment level. This will determine your monthly practice fee. The registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. The monthly practice fee is charged the 1st of each month. New swimmers start the first of the month. Any changes to the next month's package must be received by the 20th of the current month.
Step 4:
Your final step ensures you receive all Riptide communications. You should receive a confirmation email from our system (Active) when you complete registration. You will also be able to access the Parent Portal anytime. The portal will allow you to view your swimmer's information, declare for meets, check out performance data, and pay any due invoices. Any emails you receive about the Riptide team will come from this system as well.
Next, download the TeamReach app for your mobile device. This app is where we send quick practice or meet updates, inclement weather notices, and notes from coaches! You can also ask questions through the app!
