Listed below are our practice groups and their associated days and times. This schedule is subject to change based on registration numbers. We have also listed below each group the recommended equipment each swimmer should bring to practice.
Purple Group:
Monday-Friday 6:00-7:00 PM

Green Group:
Monday-Friday 6:00-7:00 PM
Saturday 8:30-9:30 AM
Dry land Practice: 5:30 PM Tuesday & Thursday

Red Group:
Monday-Friday 6:00-7:00 PM

Silver Group:

Silver Group Equipment: Kickboard, Pull Buoy, Fins, Paddles, and Snorkel
Placement in practice groups is decided by the head coach of Riptides. No swimmer will be placed in a group for convenience of schedule. Placement into skill groups is performed with only the swimmer's best interest in mind.
Dry Land Practice
Dry land practice is held twice per week for Green, Red, and Blue Groups and is meant to supplement the swimmer's development. Swimmers should wear workout clothes and sneakers to dry land practice. Swimmers are allowed to wear their swim suit under their clothes if they prefer. The number of dry land practices each swimmer may participate in each week is reflected in their commitment level.
Silver Group Dry Land Practice
Silver Group dry land will take place daily as part of their practice time.
